Pressure’s musical journey began at the tender age of seven or eight, during a challenging time in his life. After his father left when he was six, music became a vital outlet for him. It was his brother who taught him to channel his emotions through songwriting, describing music as "poetry with rhythm."
Armed with just an old laptop and a call center headphone mic, Pressure and his brother began recording. Those early experiments instilled a lifelong love for music, inspiring him to explore the art form further. He describes each track as a unique piece of art, combining beats, lyrics, rhythm, melodies, and harmonies to craft stories that reflect his life, struggles, and aspirations.
There is Belizean Roots in Every Note
Pressure’s music is deeply influenced by his Belizean heritage. He writes in Creole and aims to create tracks that people can proudly call Belizean. Whether he’s rapping about his past or envisioning his future, his true self shines through in every song.
Growth Through the Years
Since 2021,Pressure has been perfecting his craft, practicing mixing and mastering his music to achieve professional-quality tracks. He officially debuted his first song in September 2024, marking a major milestone in his career. With over 50 recorded songs spanning genres like dancehall, afro pop, hip hop, trap, and drill, Pressure is ready to share his evolution as an artist.
